About Tummy Tuck Procedure
During a tummy tuck procedure, Dr. Adams uses sutures to bring the underlying abdominal muscles and tissue back together, strengthening and tightening the abdominal wall. Excess skin is then removed, and the remaining skin is carefully repositioned to create a smoother, firmer, and more youthful contour.
Liposuction is also used to contour the waistline depending on your goals. The incision is strategically placed low in the waistline to be easily concealed, even in swimwear.
We offer various tummy tuck procedures, including:
- Mini Tummy Tuck: For those with minimal excess skin and no need to reposition the belly button. This technique does not repair diastasis recti.
- Standard Tummy Tuck: To address moderate to severe skin laxity and muscle separation.
- Extended Tummy Tuck: For guests with a larger amount of excess skin or stretch marks
- Circumferential Tummy Tuck (Lower Body Lift): For guests with a larger amount of excess skin who may have had extreme changes in their weight.
