You may be a good candidate for a thigh lift if you are in overall good health, maintain a stable weight, and have excess skin or tissue on your thighs that does not improve with diet and exercise. This procedure is often ideal for individuals who have experienced significant weight loss or natural aging that has led to sagging skin and reduced skin elasticity. Non-smokers and those with realistic expectations about the results typically achieve the best outcomes.
As with any surgery, some scarring is expected. Dr. Adams carefully places incisions in areas where scars will be as discreet as possible. Over the months following surgery, these scars typically fade and become less noticeable.
The cost of thigh lift surgery can vary. After your consultation with Dr. Adams, we will provide a detailed cost estimate, and will also discuss payment methods, scheduling, and financing options. In general, price shopping for surgery isn’t recommended. It is best to choose a plastic surgeon that you are comfortable with, trust, and one that has the proper training from an accredited plastic surgery training program.
