Aveli® is a minimally invasive cellulite treatment that we offer at CFPS. It’s designed to precisely identify and release the septa bands that pull the skin downward, creating unwanted dimples.
Our expertly trained providers use a specialized hand-held device. This device features a retractable blade and a built-in light to ensure precision and effectiveness.

FAQ: Aveli Cellulite Treatment
For some guests, it makes sense to combine Avéli® with other surgical procedures such as tummy tuck, body lift or liposuction. For these guests, the procedure can be added on and done in the operating room with Dr. Adams. If done as a solo procedure, Avéli® is done in-office under local anesthesia with our expert provider Tosha Ulmer, NP.
Though Avéli® results are permanent, the treatment doesn’t prevent future cellulite from forming.
Avéli® treats cellulite dimpling on the buttocks and thighs. It does not treat laxity or fat pockets. Our expert provider will do a full assessment at your consultation to determine if you’re a candidate and which areas can be treated.
